Location

The Residencial Arco Mediterráneo IX is located between La Mata and Torrevieja and very close to the Natural Landscape of La Mata Lagoon where you can enjoy nature walking through its or riding in bicycle. You can easily access the residential from the Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas, one of the main roads of Torrevieja.

Security

The residential is closed with full fences. There are doors or access both on foot and by car. Each owner has their keys and controls to access it. Without them it is impossible to enter because there aren't automatic door openers.

The residential is surrounded by schools and institutes of Secondary Education which is very comfortable for families who have children of school age. Also there are several health centers and hospitals with all services within walking distance.

Noise

The residential is located out of the town center of the municipality making it quite a quiet area with little traffic. In spring, autumn and winter it is a very quiet and quiet area, only in the months of July and August there is something more noise but nothing that is not bearable.
