General information

Monte Elviria is an urbanisation located the peak of the mountain that gives it its name. The views from the urbanisation are incredible, both of the sea and the mountain. The promotors intention has been to conserve natural beauty of the site while offering ecological, technological, high quality housing.

Comercial activity

For the time being there are no commercial activities in the urbanisation, although an area of more or less 1,000 m² is intended for business use. There are two restaurants within walking distance and a commercial center by the main road about 7 km away provides any other needs in terms of food and grocery shopping.

Location

Monte Elviria is located in the municipality of Ojén, in the southeast corner, bordering with Marbella. As neighbor it has the La Mairena urbanisation, where there are several schools. The principal access road is through the Elviria urbanisation, at the Don Carlos hotel exit from the N340 road. There are also smaller access roads from Ojén and La Cala.

Security

The security in the houses now built consists of modern alarms, with a connection to the central in the urbanisation as well as the security company selected by each individual owner. These houses also have smoke alarms, humidity detectors and other sensors that form part of the domotic system installed. There are also various security cameras installed in the urbanisation.

Health & Education

There are two schools within walking distance, El Colegio Alemán and ECOS. On the main road (about 7 km away) is The British International College as well as a public school. The Costa del Sol Hospital is only 10 km away.
