The original design of the building also covered the plot where todays municipal market is situated, but this was expropriated before building commenced. The interior gardens have a variety of flowers and trees which decorate the whole patio.

The ground floor of the building is the home to various businesses such as banks (Solbank and La Caixa), doctors, lawyers, architects, etc. There is also a cafeteria on the ground floor frequented by both residents and passersby.

Location

The Tres Coronas building is located in the very center of Fuengirola, with the trainstation and busstation just a bit down the street, which is why it has excellent communication. The Clemente Diaz Ruiz Avenue which passes just in front of the building, goes straight to the N-340 ringroad, and in 5 minutes you can reach the main A-7 highway.

Security

The entrances to the building are guarded by a CCTV system 24 hours a day. The gardens are also enclosed by a decorative wrought iron fence which not only protects the inside of the building from vandalism and intruders, but also embellishes it.

Health & Education

The two closest public health centres are the ones in Los Boliches and Las Lagunas. In the centre there are various private clinics as well as pharmacies. Xanit, the private health care centre is within easy walking distance. There are several kindergardens and public and private schools within the municipality.

Noise

Even if the city is in the middle of the city centre, its location and building specifications make the interior of the apartments silent.
